Authentic Crunchy Signature Macaron Shells Filled With Flavored Combinations of Almonds Meal, and a soft, moist, buttery filling in the center, with the perfect flavors of Vanilla
Delight Macarons are beautiful sandwich cookies, meringue based with a flavored cream in between two almond flour-based shells. Its not only crispy, light, and airy but also have color ranging from exciting bright yellow, orange, red, pink, violet, blue, green, brown and gray to pastel shades which evoke a calming sense of relaxation, while soothing the taste buds with flavors to match.
May contain any or all of the following Ingredients:
Sugar, almond flour, egg white, sorbitol syrup, soy proteins, rice starch, sunflower oil, vegetable fiber-inulin, preservative such as potassium sorbate, emulsifier: soy lecithin, acidifier: citric acid, thickeners such as xanthan gum, guar gum, structural agent like invertase, corn starch, food color: cochineal extract. The Cream fillings may comprise of custard made with sugar, rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, soybean oil, palm fat and oil, skimmed milk powder, lactose-milk, emulsifier including soy lecithin, artificial flavor, white chocolate comprising of sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, whey powder- milk, skimmed milk powder, vanilla natural flavour, water, soy proteins, natural and artificial flavor. The following emulsifiers are also included namely mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, mono- and diacetyl tartaric acids, esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids.
